These hand-made clay ocarinas are a replicafrom theNazca era of Peruvian history. Sculpted by ethnomusicologist Jose Vitancio Humeres of Peru, they are a replica of an original design. "I think the sounds these instruments make were to create positive energy," says Vitancio Humeres.
Constructed of two whistles as well as a system of air ductswith 5 finger holes; can play 6 notes while maintaining two separate sounds, one from each whistle. Exquisitely made.
